Special rules governing examinations and admission procedures - 05.15.

Dear Students!

We would like to inform you that the  6/2020 (V. 11.) Rector-Chancellor’s Joint Directive with respect to the special rules governing examinations and admission procedures in this time of emergency is now in effect.

According to the directive, as a general rule, all exams will be held online during this exam period. The final exams and other oral exams will be organized in the Microsoft Teams system and there has been a separate guide prepared on how to connect. Written exams will be conducted through the Coospace and Moodle systems.

Not all students have an active email account ending in, so we will use the email addresses recorded in Neptun to invite you to the final exams and whatever other pertinent oral exams. An identity document will be required to identify the candidate and a mobile telephone number will be requested in case of technical problems. We ask everyone to check their details in Neptun and report any changes if necessary.

In the case of written exams, the student automatically identifies themselves by logging into Coospace or Moodle.

Students who may not have the necessary technical conditions needed to participate in the online exam are required to notify the University at least five business days prior to the exam date. In the case of a final exam only, we will organize for the student(s) concerned,  the use of a computer  in one of the buildings of the University. For other exams, this is not possible under the current legislation, therefore departments will offer an alternative examination method.

We would like to  inform our final exam students that the content of the final exam will change in several programs as we must adapt to the special circumstances, but it is certain that we will not hold a complex exam anywhere. In other words, the final exam will consist of the defense of the dissertation and a professional discussion based upon it. The Faculties will provide further information on the content of the final exams in the coming days.

Please read the Rector-Chancellor's Joint Directive carefully in order to familiarize yourself with the detailed rules. If the directive requests that a report be made at the Department of Studies and Educational Organization, we ask that this be done through the Student Services(HSZO) of the given Faculty (,,,

We wish you all good health and a successful exams!
